Not just through your salary, but also 25% commission on everything you invoice, and 40% of all the profits the business makes each year. Grow your business or pay yourself dividends? You decide.

Although we are based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, you can be based anywhere. We all work from home and visit the office a couple days per week as many of us prefer to get out of the house and bounce around ideas with colleagues. But it's up to you to create a work life balance that works. There are no set hours, no set holidays, you're the boss of your own business, work when it suits you and your family.

If your ambition is to grow and bring on other recruiters, we will provide all the support and mentoring you need. If you want to create your own brand or utilise the group name, it's whatever works best for you. All your back office admin will be looked after, including HR, Finance, IT and Legal, leaving you free to focus on business and love your work.
